I am a very early early exerciser so breakfast is either 130 or 2 am..


I believe you can do something light in the am if u have an afternoon physical...I mean a bowl of oatmeal the plain stuff really going to mess up my blood work etc?? Or Cheerios with no milk that bad even though they say only water?? Haha

I don’t know why my dr wants me to do this mess already...
